How long till I receive my updated CV?
If you have provided us with all the information then you can expect to receive your CV within 48 hours.
Why does it take 48 hours to receive the CV?
This website is a side project, so we say within 48 hours to allow a more realistic time frame, but we will try to complete it and return it to you much faster.
CUSTOMISATION
How do I get started?
If you already have a CV please fill out the contact form, add your current CV, photo etc and chose which style you like. Alternatively you can use the ‘Create CV’ link and add all of the information that you would like on your CV.
Do I need to submit my current CV?
Submitting your current CV is the easiest way for us to transfer your details to the new CV. Or you can fill in the ‘Create CV’ builder form from the link in the main menu.
What if I don’t already have a CV?
No worries, please fill in the form on the ‘Create CV’ page with all your information and we will take it from there.
Do you provide editing services?
Yes. If you are not happy with how your current CV is written, we can definitely help with rephrasing and spicing it up a bit. We can also slightly photoshop your photo if you chose to include one in your CV.
Can I chose to have the CV in a different colour?
Of course. Our designs can be made in any colour your prefer. You can send us the HEX code of your preferred colour or mention the colour scheme that you prefer.
Can I chose a different banner picture?
Yes, especially if you have a picture of your own aircraft or aircraft interior then we can add this to make it more unique for you.
Should I include a photo on my Resume?
This depends on which country you are applying for a job. In certain regions, like the Middle East, it is common practice to include your photo on the CV so they can put a face to the name. However, countries like the USA prefer that you don’t include a photo to alleviate discrimination.
Should I include my date of birth on my Resume?
This is up to you, but we do not recommend including your date of birth in order to alleviate discrimination. Recruiters can see from your work history and when you graduated and make an educated guess at your age.
Secondly, unfortunately there are too many fake recruiters out there at the moment and your CV already contains a lot of personal information, so it is a safer practice to not include this information.
Should I include my home address on my Resume?
For the same reason that we advise against including your birthdate, it is recommended to only include your city and country where you reside and not your whole address to protect yourself against fraud.
Am I restricted to the templates provided on the website?
Of course not. If you have seen another style elsewhere that you prefer you can send it through to us and we can design the same for you. Please know this could take longer than 48 hours.
Which format is the CV in?
You will receive it in PDF format and is machine readable so the information is screen readable when you upload it online.

When should I make payment?
Please wait until we have agreed to do your CV. We need to make sure you have supplied all the information that we need first.
How can I make the payment?
Through the secure PayPal link on the ‘Payment’ page.
